both mike and i watched part of the show last week...just enough to get the jist of what the "Secret" is all about...just enough for my husband to start shouting profanities and vomiting in the sink (just kidding). we were also talking about how sad it is that people are hearing this and thinking that it is all about them. the message sounds so nice and even phrased very similar to the Words of God...but without acknowledging the author. i'm beyond sad...satan must be soooo pleased!
i love that you just called oprah a putz...i haven't heard that word in years...i think i'm gonna start using it again...it makes me laugh. rob, watch out! ;) seriously though, thanks for the comments so far girls...i am suprised at how much this is bugging me, especially when i am reading other blogs where women are embracing this and are thinking this is gonna help their lives...it makes me mad and sad at the same time.
I have four beautiful kids, a son and three little girls. My son is 9 years old, my first daughter is 7, my second daughter is 4, and my newest baby girl is now 13 months old. My husband is an amazing dad and my best friend. And lover. Oh ya. I said it.
