Watch This Video

If you've ever taught a child to swim, swam with a baby, or remember learning to swim yourself, you will find this video pretty unbelievable. I've decided to make some predictions as to how some of you will react when watching the first little bit of this video...lemme know if I was right. Don't read the prediction until you've watched the video. :)

Here are my predictions:
Kristi: will say 'Oh my word!' about 20 times, hand over your mouth, but smiling, even nervous laughing a bit.
Amy: will yell 'Oh my!' And will be belly laughing within a few seconds of the 'shocking' part of the video.
Marie: will say 'what? what? what?' 'no, no, no!' 'for real??!?!?', and then some nervous laughing.
Sarah: will let out a little yelp at the 'shocking' part and will spend the rest of the time figuring out how the kids do it.

Oh my word!! (hee-hee!)...I don't have sound on my computer, which is just as well -- I don't think I breathed the whole video as it was...yikes...I will be making sure my children know how to swim as soon as they are...walking, I think...oh my word...(I'm still catching my breath!!)

it is for real! i think i'll test it out on cait next time we're at the pool! :) seriously though, i think it is for real...i remember taking rory swimming when she was about 8 months old and there was a man there with his 2 month old son and he kept going completely under the water with the baby...and not coming up for 5-6 seconds, and the baby was fine. and i've heard that it's a baby's natural tendency to start swimming when put in water...just not sure they could do that whole maneuver at the same time. :)

You forgot to give Joe's prediction. Oh no what happen, baby hurt, where's daddy oh no baby crying, baby fall, baby scared, what happened to him, baby fell down in Papie's pool ( my dad) and then he starts rubbing his eyes and says my throat hurts ( not quit knowing what to do with all of these emotions) lips start quivering, GET HIM GET HiM! baby scared more tears and AHHHHH there's his daddy crazy nervous laugh!!!! So I guess my son is more sensitive then I thought. Nice little afternoon break on blogspot :)

Do you love your responses? Sarah's little boy...so cute...I was telling Jason lastnight I think we'll enroll our kids in swimming classes right away!!! Well - I suppose I probably don't need to worry about it quite yet - not until we strike it rich and buy our pool anyways...which...could happen...really, it could!!!

Anyways - I hope you have a great day - I go to the doctor this morning, so will be updating sometime later on today...

Can't wait to see more updates, ang. I love ya - will talk to ya soon.

Anyways - hopefully we'll get to chat soon...we're supposed to get freezing rain pretty bad today, so I'm hoping I may go home early...I guess you guys are having that up there?! (So our radio station says, anyways!!)...so - anyways...I'll talk to ya soon hopefully -- have a great day...
